Oakie Dokie Rum

Our white rum flavored with our barrel breaker oak chips. Hand selected, inspected, and cut white American oak is toasted and then precision charred with our CO2 laser. This process caramelizes the sugars in the wood and adds a sweet smoky note to the rum.
